A specialist approach

Bone health is not just about scan results. It is about understanding risk, preventing fractures and protecting mobility, confidence and independence.

Professor Keen sees patients with osteoporosis, fragility fractures, abnormal bone density results and more complex metabolic bone conditions. Many patients seek specialist advice because their case is not straightforward, because previous treatment has been difficult, or because they need a clearer long-term plan.

His approach is structured, measured and evidence-based. Consultations focus on understanding the full clinical picture, explaining what test results mean and helping patients make informed decisions about treatment, monitoring and fracture prevention.

  • Specialist assessment of osteoporosis and fracture risk
  • Clear interpretation of DEXA scans, blood tests and diagnosis
  • Advice on medication, advanced therapies and long-term monitoring
  • Support for complex, unusual or rare bone conditions
